VERY EXPENSIVE Picked up vehicle and was dirty inside and out. Supposedly had leaks fixed, leaks even more now. Outstanding Experience!! When we first went to the dealership we were there just to get my 535i xDrive appraised but we were also in the market for a new car, specifically the When we first went to the dealership we were there just to get my 535i xDrive appraised but we were also in the market for a new car, specifically the X5. Charles gave us a VERY REASONABLE price for the 535i. Fortunately we sold it on our own. Dennis sent us an e-mail thanking us for coming in. When I was finally ready to go over all the options he sat down with me and took his time building the car with me online. When it was time to send the car into production he called me to go over a few more details. It's very nice that he wants to make sure each "little" detail is to the customer's preference. I picked up the car this morning and Joe Durante sat with me for about half an hour for which I am SO GLAD that he did. This car is all I hoped it would be and more! I am EXTREMELY HAPPY with it!
