Excellent and Professional Customer Service I had my very first service at BMW of Watertown. Eric DuVerger was my Service Advisor. Richard D'Angelo is a concerned service reprisentative. My car was in for service for an unusual repair. He made sure the car was in and out as soon as possible. Outstanding customer service The Watertown dealership is professional, trustworthy, & a pleasure to work with. Liz is an excellent communicator of the status, scope and progress of repairs. Management here reflects a priority for customer service. I have bought my car new at the Darien dealership but I drive an extra hour to get it serviced in Watertown. Darien wanted to charge for work that should be covered under warranty. Then we found that a large amount of DEF had spilled, it never got rinsed off so it crystalized all onto the alternator and the whole left side of the engine compartment. With its high urea levels, we felt the acidity must have compromised the electrical components and would eventually become a problem. It didn't concern Darien but MAS states the corrosive nature of DEF. When we complained to about it upper management as well as contested that the warrantied work should be covered, it went ignored for weeks. We persisted in following up and the car was re-evaluated but nothing came of it. It wasn't the first questionable experience we had there but it was the most infuriating. There is such a huge difference - peace of mind and trust since we've been going to Watertown for service. It was a relief to know not all BMW dealers are alike. More
