Eric took our vehicle in and as promised had our concern analyzed and validated sufficient to allowing us to thoroughly understand. This by the way our original dealership was not able to accomplish in more that 2 appointments. We found Eric to be highly professional and hones concerned with our issue and For this reason alone determined that when we were ready to purchase another BMW we definitely would be going to Watertown BMW.
