Concerned I brought my car to this dealership with a severe oil leak. Once the leak was fixed I noticed my charging malfunction light was on and I asked Liz abo I brought my car to this dealership with a severe oil leak. Once the leak was fixed I noticed my charging malfunction light was on and I asked Liz about it before leaving. She looked at my paperwork, but it would seem just to get the techs name. Liz went and found another tech (Mike) since the one who actually did all the work on my car either wasn't there or wasn't available. The tech did say that he was aware of the fault code on the car (even though that message was never conveyed to my service tech nor notated in my paperwork anywhere) and was what I would now refer to as 'overly optimistic' about the amount of life remaining in my alternator. Turns out the oil had been leaking into my alternator and I only made it 6 miles with my kids in the car. After a conversation with my service advisor Howard, I was referred to Walter the service manager. Working with Walter we had BMW assist tow my car back to the dealership and ultimately replaced my alternator. I made it roughly another 5 days, then broke down on my way to work. Battery shot because of the alternator... paper work at the dealership had low ratings on voltage from the battery. They charged the battery while they worked on it-- and it passed the mpi. Unfortunately the damage to the battery cell(s) was already done. I ended up taking my car back to Sears where I replaced the battery in late august 2015. Die hard gold batteries have a 36 month warranty so they were able to install and register the battery for free. Overall a little more than $2400 spent, 2 loaners, a free tow and a free battery replacement. Although unfortunate and aggravating to lose 2 days of work and be broken down twice, dealership did an ok job of making it better. Service advisor and service manager were quick to respond to my concerns but to be honest I've lost a little faith. Maybe I'll just try an oil change next time. More

Simple Oil Change, With a Smile Came in to get my Oil Change done taken care of. Though he was on the phone, I was greeted by Howard Hafford, he politely placed his headset down and Came in to get my Oil Change done taken care of. Though he was on the phone, I was greeted by Howard Hafford, he politely placed his headset down and his phone on speaker I then heard he was on hold. he very quickly promptly, and efficiently wrote up my paperwork, and informed me of everything that will be provided to me... He even provided me with a ride down the street which I was pleasantly surprised being just an oil change. He e-mailed me on the status of my car, and any work which is recommended, the PDF was easy to read and simple. I came in to pickup my car a little after 5pm and it was a great experience, Howard took the time to personally go over the results of my inspection, as well as the severity of some of the items. then walked me over to the cashier. I paid, and when I left my car was out from waiting for me... WASHED WOW, so pleased with my experience I will surely be visiting again. Thanks Howard, and the staff at Hoffman BMW More

Dennis was extremely helpful and never pushy, it was clear that my satisfaction was top priority. I got my car, If I recall, around a week later. Possession and payment was painless. When I had an issue with the title on my car being processed, Dennis went out of his way to seek resolution... a state backlog ended up being the culprit. Even a year after purchasing the vehicle, Dennis makes an effort to greet me and ask about my experiences with the car when I visit for service. As long as I remain in the area I will be purchasing all of my BMWs here. More

Came in for "free" service -- got apologies. In the beginning of January, 2017 someone from the dealership called our house offering a "free" service. My wife took the message and asked them to call back and they agreed to. When I didn't hear from anyone by 4 pm I called and spoke with Megan in the service department. She scheduled me for an oil change service for the following Monday and told me that there would be no charge for the service. On Monday I showed up on time and when I checked in with Howard Hafford, the service manager, he said that my car did not need an oil change but rather a cabin filter and brake fluid for ca. $300. To their credit, everyone was very apologetic about the incident and noted in the file that when due, my next oil change service would be free. More
