"Just Amazing" From the moment I called to inquire about a pre-certified car till the moment I finalized my purchase (and even beyond), I was treated with respect, p From the moment I called to inquire about a pre-certified car till the moment I finalized my purchase (and even beyond), I was treated with respect, professionalism, and courtesy. I know sometimes purchasing an auto can be a difficult and frustrating task but these guys made it easy. I had done my homework and had been researching this particular type of vehicle for several weeks. This dealership, by far, had the most reasonable price I had viewed. Actually, its pretty comical when I think about it. I had all but showed my hand by telling Dennis Smith that I loved the car and it was more than a reasonable price. After taking it for a test drive I told Dennis that I was heading on my 2 1/2 hour journey back home and would consider it. The very next morning I left by 6:00am knowing Dennis was going to be to work @ 8:30am. I walked in, sat at his desk and said "twenty eight nine is my magic number, lets try and get this done". He simply stated that he would check with his manager and see what he could do. He had a response within 5 minutes and we began the process. During that time, he introduced me to Donny Frost (sales manager) and Charles Toscano ( financial coordinator. These guys are knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. Between this tremendous trio, they met me at the price I wanted, got information about registering out of state, spoke with my insurance company, and had me signed, sealed, and delivered in less than two hours. It doesn't end there, the next day I had noticed the lug key for the tires was not in the glove box where it is usually kept. I called Dennis and left a message. He returned my call within 10 minutes and said he would inquire about it. I then received a call from Donny saying they couldn't locate it but by all means to send him a bill for any extra services that I may incur resolving the situation. By days end, they had gone far and above what was expected and called the previous owner. They located the locking key and overnighted it and I had it the very next day. I'm sure not all negotiations or experiences might go as well as mine had, "but why not give it a try". I felt so comfortable with these three gentlemen, I went as far to extend an open invitation to all three whenever they found themselves vacationing on cape. "Great Job Fellas" More
