Hello Robert, We apologize for the extended amount of time it to repair the paint and that the repair was not completed to your satisfaction. I have reached out to our General Sales Manager, Donny Frost, and he informed that you brought the paint chips to our attention a few days after you took delivery of the vehicle. As a courtesy to you, your vehicle was sent over to our body shop in order to have the section re-painted and they informed you that this may take some time to complete. Our team provided you with a used vehicle from our inventory instead of a loaner vehicle as we did not have any loaner vehicles available for a longer period of time. Donny also informed me that he has spoken to you about your concerns and that when you are ready, we will bring your vehicle back in to ensure that the paint repair will be completed properly.
