Accurate Online Inventory Backed by Knowledgeable Team I had poor experience with other BMW dealerships in the State of Connecticut as far as having an up to date inventory that accurately matched what was I had poor experience with other BMW dealerships in the State of Connecticut as far as having an up to date inventory that accurately matched what was available on the lot as well as different prices being shown online vs. on the vehicle. At BMW of Watertown, I emailed about the car I wanted and received a response indicating it was still available and the price was as shown on the website. The car was prominently displayed on the lot and I was approached by a very friendly and professional salesman. The manager was very quick and fair. And the BMW Guru took his time to show me all of the features available on my newly detailed CPO car. More

Always accommodating and courteous. Mis-leading, unprofessional and self-serving Leased a BMW i3 summer of 2016. Vehicle's dangerous loss of power while using range extender is subject of a class action lawsuit. This was in place Leased a BMW i3 summer of 2016. Vehicle's dangerous loss of power while using range extender is subject of a class action lawsuit. This was in place prior to my lease. Dealer gave no disclosure of danger, under performance of car or lawsuit. When we brought this to dealers attention after a couple of near misses due to the sudden loss of power they said that the power reduction is within design specifications. Hoffman did not offer any assistance to get out of lease early or take any responsibility. They placed all blame on BMW who did offer a little help that Hoffman tried to take advantage of and turn a bad situation into another sale for themselves. More
