Walked into Hoffman Bmw Friday 9/1/23 at 4pm. Sitting on the showroom floor was my dream car... 2023 Z4 40i. I started shaking as I went towards this slice of heaven... I was gently approached by Karl Turshani- my salesperson.... cool guy.... I was also very impressed with the GM/ GSM Brandon....These folks were absolutely outstanding... They are delivering my car to my home Tuesday due to it being a holiday weekend. This is a big help since I live 2hrs away... I am looking forward to meeting the BMW genious to review how this car functions... Being that I have been in the auto business for 37yrs(Honda), this review has very much value for Hoffman BMW. Overall, kudos to the staff at this store!!! Now, I have to wait 3 days to dream of my car, and to look forward to a long term relationship with the folks at Hoffman BMW!! More

We had an amazing experience @BMWofWaterbury. Let me tell you, Karl, Brandon and Miguel were a class act. No high pressure tactics or games. Brandon is the Sales Manager and sat down with us for a long time. They didn't try to sell us. Instead, they listened...really listened. Never once have we spoken to the manager at the other said dealer. Beginning to end, they made us feel comfortable and that is no easy feat and we don't like change.
