Eric DuVerger, our service advisor, went over and beyond what I thought a dealer would do for a customer who had an old car. They kept the car for more than two weeks, analyzing how to help us get it through emissions. The emissions test had aborted 8 times this year. As my legal time was running out, my last hope was your service dept. By changing two sensors and doing additional drive cycles, it finally passed. We are not customers who are big money makers for the dealership and we were so happy to get first class service. Thank you so much. John Hislop More

It really was an amazing experience and I feel like the salesman was my friend. In all, it probably took me two and a half hours to from the moment I initialed the first contact to getting the car out of the parking lot. Everything is just streamlined and the salesman who attended me (Brad Epstine) was just phenomenal. Great service all around. Polite to no end. Reserved and extremely helpful. He helped me navigate the process like he was an old friend of mine. More
Came in for Service Eric was great. I wish BMW corporate would allow oil changes under warranty/maintenance plan more often. They allow changes every 12k miles or 24 mo Eric was great. I wish BMW corporate would allow oil changes under warranty/maintenance plan more often. They allow changes every 12k miles or 24 months. For those who drive less than 12k/year, 2 years is a long time to go without an oil change. This is BMW corporate's rule and not the dealer. The dealer was good. More

Down to earth dealership I was up visiting family in CT from the Baltimore/DC area and needed an oil change. The staff up here were down to earth and very personable.
