Got a great car with great service! I inquired about a car and the dealership was very fast to respond and book me with an appointment to test drive it. When I arrived I was greeted by C I inquired about a car and the dealership was very fast to respond and book me with an appointment to test drive it. When I arrived I was greeted by Charles Park. He was very kind and helpful. We test drive the car and he was able to answer all my questions. I shook hands with him that night and came back the next day to buy the car. My communication with Stephanie Samuelson (Business Development Specialist) was great. She followed up with me weekly after I first expressed an interest in looking at BMW's - she knew my interest in finding an x1 or x3 and let me know when they had Certified Pre-Owned in stock. Our test-drive appointment was set with Charles Park and he represented the epitome of professional. He was knowledgeable, kind and we never once felt pressured to make a purchase (although we did!!!) Financing and working with Charles Tuscano was easy. Knowing we were first time BMW owners he took the time to explain how different programs with BMW and Hoffman worked. He took as much time as we needed to answer our questions and feel at ease, we felt like we were sitting across the table with a family friend. We are hooked on BMWs already and will be part of the Hoffman BMW Family for years to come!!! More

Great experience This has been my 4th BMW from this dealership and I have to say that it has been the BEST experience by FAR. My lease was up on April 22 and Dennis S This has been my 4th BMW from this dealership and I have to say that it has been the BEST experience by FAR. My lease was up on April 22 and Dennis Smith worked endlessly to try to find what I was looking for on the East coast. Unfortunately, he couldn't find one. So, he had to order one. That would take about 6-8 weeks. Well during that time, I had a stroke. I was in the hospital for 6 days and thought my days of driving were over. I was in the hospital again for 4 days and in the ER for 6 hours another time. I had to wait 6 weeks for an appointment with an Neuro Ophthalmologist to eventually get cleared to drive. I had called Dennis to tell him about the stroke. During that long agonizing time of waiting I heard from Dennis several times. He was reaching out to me about how I was doing, how all my Drs. appointments were going etc. I have to say a HUGE THANK YOU to DENNIS SMITH because the Head Principal where I work NEVER reached out to me once. I have worked with her for 25 years. That's a DISGRACE!!!! But my House Principal keeps in touch with me weekly. Now that's LEADERSHIP!!!!!!!! KUDOS to Dennis !!!!!!! More
