I went there to look at a 330 they had on the lot. It always seemed to me that their advertised prices are VERY high. Well, sure enough I went in there and they wanted 32,500 for the car (it was preowned) which was steep at the time compared to market price. Thet were only right down the street so I wanted to make it happen..my salesman Jason was REALLY good. he was was informative about the car and he gave me a great presentation. He was very interested in selling me the car yet he was laid back and not pushy. Their sales manager leave a lot to be desired. They would barely move on the price. They went down a whooping $500 and proceeded to insult me even more by giving me a horrible amount on my trade--less that kelly blue book. They claimed that they had invested alot of money in the car and that it was certified...please. If they had gone down just a little bit more (around 30.5 or 31k) I would have bought the car...so, I walked. I finally bought the SAME exact car from a private party with less miles for $27k AND I sold my old car on my own and made 1k more than if I traded it into Inskip. I never experienced their service so I cannot say anything, although even the salesman admitted they have ad trouble with ALOT of their service advisors and that if I bought the car through him, he would tell me which one to go through...how sad.
Whats even worse is that they will not negotiate their prices with other people I know. Just stay away if you can...drive a bit further to purchase your new BMW. More

I tired to buy both my 98 Z3 and new Z4 from Inskip because they
are local to me. The sales team was rude and arrogant in 98 so I puchased elsewhere. When returning in 2003 I was asked by Sales mana because they
are local to me. The sales team was rude and arrogant in 98 so I puchased elsewhere. When returning in 2003 I was asked by Sales manager why I did not buy at Inskip in 98 and explained. I was assured better treatment this time around. Well, I was pretty much
" blown off " as a buyer and was never called with purchase quote.
They just have a bad attitude. Several of my friends have recieved the
same treatment at Inskip. The service department is even worst.
They lost both sales from me. I will NOT try for a third. More
