Jack was a big help, he knew the cars and was willing to go the extra mile to get the job done, he is the reason I bought the car from Inskip. Inskip is hard to buy from; they look for the lowest number on the trade and are very difficult to work with on negotiation. Inskip has a bad reputation when it comes to buying cars, it is a function of their sales managment not the sales reps. Inskip needs to realize they don't take margin rate to the bank, if they would work more on negotiation they would sell more cars and thus generate more profit. I know of 5 people that bought cars from Norwood/Norwell because Inskip tried to undercut the trade or was asking sticker. These same three people have bought a total of 5 BMWs over the last 3 years from Inskip competition. More

My husband and I have been an Inskip BMW customer for 5 years now and we have had nothing but great things to say about the friendliness and professionalism of the Inskip team, Ralph was great to deal with years now and we have had nothing but great things to say about the friendliness and professionalism of the Inskip team, Ralph was great to deal with, very knowledgeable and courteous and understood our needs. We just purchased a certified pre-owned 530 and we love it!! We’re making sure to tell all our family and friends to go see Ralph and Lauren for sales and service. Thanks, DM More
Both the Sales and Service Departments have been phenomenal! Jack is a great salesman who gave me a very good price on my new 335i that I picked up in SC after my day of 'driving school'. Steve Bettey is the best service manager I have ever dealt with! Very professional, detailed, and goes above and beyond when servicing my car. I will definitely shop at Inskip BMW in Warwick again... when I'm ready for my M3. More
Jack knew his automobile line. He answered our questions thoroughly and efficiently. He knew the soft ware to search for a new vehicle for us, locating one quickly. Bunch of bozos, their prices are insane and the best they offer is to sell the car at sticker prices. They will try to steal your trade in so stay as away from them as possible. Also the whole space stinks a offer is to sell the car at sticker prices. They will try to steal your trade in so stay as away from them as possible. The sales dept really sucks. It's not only BMW, but it's Inskip's sales staff as a whole. They are not fair in offering a fair trade-in value or selling you a car. I went in there to buy one X5 and one 530. Inskip's sales staff as a whole. They are not fair in offering a fair trade-in value or selling you a car. I went in there to buy one X5 and one 530. What they offered me for a trade in was insulting and then they further insulted me by trying to sell me both cars over retail. I even went to Lexus and the same thing happen. My suggestion is that you go out of RI to buy your next BMW or Lexus. More
I've only gotten warranty service so far, so I haven't spent a dime (other than in parts for some optional things) out of my own pocket thus far. For the warranty service I've had, the work was good to very good. Each time I've come in without an appointment and got helped in an hour or two. I did recently bring in an out-of-warrantee 2000 3-series sedan for an estimate, and I got the estimate, but they also lubed my window regulators for free, which stopped a squeaking sound the windows were making whenever I drove over uneven pavement. Thanks! The estimate was overkill I think--entire control arms recommended for an obviously bad ball joint--but I didn't go into the service dept. with any misconceptions. The cost of opertaing an empire like Inskip must be astronomical, and let's face it, service departments are in the business of selling service, so I don't fault them for trying. I'm just going to get the ball joint done at an independent certified BMW mechanic for a fraction of the cost of two control arms. But I will use Inskip again. More
I bought my 2002 355i from another dealer. While in RI, my turn signal failed. One of Inskip's SAs, Steve Bette, could not have been friendlier, more professional and thorough. All of my follow-up services and inspections were with Steve. My car was always repaired correctly and delievered on time.

While at Inskip, I saw a CPO 330ci. Manny(big Manny) was very helpful, knowledgeable and parient with me. I never felt pressured. Although the price was higher than some of the internet bargain, Steve's great service (although I bought the car elsewhere) convinced me to purchase from Inskip. More
I went there to look at a 330 they had on the lot. It always seemed to me that their advertised prices are VERY high. Well, sure enough I went in there and they wanted 32,500 for the car (it was preowned) which was steep at the time compared to market price. Thet were only right down the street so I wanted to make it happen..my salesman Jason was REALLY good. he was was informative about the car and he gave me a great presentation. He was very interested in selling me the car yet he was laid back and not pushy. Their sales manager leave a lot to be desired. They would barely move on the price. They went down a whooping $500 and proceeded to insult me even more by giving me a horrible amount on my trade--less that kelly blue book. They claimed that they had invested alot of money in the car and that it was certified...please. If they had gone down just a little bit more (around 30.5 or 31k) I would have bought the car...so, I walked. I finally bought the SAME exact car from a private party with less miles for $27k AND I sold my old car on my own and made 1k more than if I traded it into Inskip. I never experienced their service so I cannot say anything, although even the salesman admitted they have ad trouble with ALOT of their service advisors and that if I bought the car through him, he would tell me which one to go through...how sad.
Whats even worse is that they will not negotiate their prices with other people I know. Just stay away if you can...drive a bit further to purchase your new BMW. More
