Jack is not like your typical saleman, he actually made me feel like I was under no pressure to buy my car. I an one who equates spending time at a dealership to purchase a new vechicle with the same enthusiasm as going to the dentist. I was recently pleasantly surprised when buying a new BMW. The salesperson was extremely professional, pleasant, and very low pressure. She expressed an impressive knowledge of the product and understood and addressed my concerns and questions. I just purchased a new Z4 from Inskip. My sales rep, Jack McDevitt ,was one of the best reps I have ever dealt with, and I have been buying cars for 40 years. The BMW has lots of new electronic gadgetr Jack McDevitt ,was one of the best reps I have ever dealt with, and I have been buying cars for 40 years. The BMW has lots of new electronic gadgetry, and Jack was extremely knowlegeable about all the technical features of the car. This is very rare these days. Highly recommended. More
This is my third experience purchasing a car from Inskip BMW, the first being when I helped my father-in-law purchase a 3 series from them in 2006, then when I purchased my first 3 series in 2007 and today, BMW, the first being when I helped my father-in-law purchase a 3 series from them in 2006, then when I purchased my first 3 series in 2007 and today, when I picked up my new 3 series. Every time I have worked with the dealership it has been a pleasure, especially this time. Jack McDevitt did a terrific job--he gave me what I thought was a great price on the new car and worked with me to help me find exactly the one that I wanted. After the car came in he worked hard to make sure everything was taken care of for me and ready when I went in to pick the car up. I was turning in my existing car on the same day and the dealership handled that perfectly so that the whole experience was seamless! Everyone at the dealership is friendly and courteous and seems to enjoy working there. I do not envision buying a BMW from anywhere else, and I cannot imagine purchasing another car besides a BMW. So good for Inskip! More

The sales team at Inskip was very polite and professional. They provided us with great finance options and we never felt like we were being pressured into a particular vehicle or contract. My visit to Inskip BMW for routine servicing in 2009 was BY FAR the WORST experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I was living in CT at the time but had purchased the car in RI and wanted to bring BY FAR the WORST experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I was living in CT at the time but had purchased the car in RI and wanted to bring it in for an oil change on my day off. I made an appointment to wait while it was serviced. I waited 3 and a half hours before being told that my windshield wipers needed to be replaced and there would be a charge for that. I told them I would have to do it another day because I was late for another appointment. As I was driving back to CT that night, it started to rain and when I turned my wipers on, the driver's side one no longer apposed with the windshield and did not work. It was working perfectly before I brought the car in. Because I was busy working 80 hours a week, the dealership reluctantly agreed to pick up my car, fix the wiper, and give me a rental car for no charge in the interim. The rental car was an economy car, probably the cheapest car they could give me. I had 3/4 of a tank of gas in my own car (roughly $35) when they took it back to the dealership. When they returned the car to me 2 days later, I could barely make it to the nearest gas station because the tank was empty. On the next credit card statement I received I come to find out they had charged me more than $100 for the rental car which they had told me would be no charge. When I called the dealership to clear this up, the gentleman I talked to was beyond rude, said they would be crediting my credit card for the mistake, but did not seem the least bit apologetic for returning my car to me with no gas in it. When you buy a BMW, you expect to be taken care of to some extent. I drove a Honda for 10 year and had nothing but amazing service. I will never take my car back to this dealership again, and though the car itself is great, I would never recommend ANYONE get their car serviced at Inskip. More

We went to the dealership to look, not expecting to make a deal, but Jack provided us with options that worked.
