My visit to Inskip BMW for routine servicing in 2009 was BY FAR the WORST experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I was living in CT at the time but had purchased the car in RI and wanted to bring BY FAR the WORST experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I was living in CT at the time but had purchased the car in RI and wanted to bring it in for an oil change on my day off. I made an appointment to wait while it was serviced. I waited 3 and a half hours before being told that my windshield wipers needed to be replaced and there would be a charge for that. I told them I would have to do it another day because I was late for another appointment. As I was driving back to CT that night, it started to rain and when I turned my wipers on, the driver's side one no longer apposed with the windshield and did not work. It was working perfectly before I brought the car in. Because I was busy working 80 hours a week, the dealership reluctantly agreed to pick up my car, fix the wiper, and give me a rental car for no charge in the interim. The rental car was an economy car, probably the cheapest car they could give me. I had 3/4 of a tank of gas in my own car (roughly $35) when they took it back to the dealership. When they returned the car to me 2 days later, I could barely make it to the nearest gas station because the tank was empty. On the next credit card statement I received I come to find out they had charged me more than $100 for the rental car which they had told me would be no charge. When I called the dealership to clear this up, the gentleman I talked to was beyond rude, said they would be crediting my credit card for the mistake, but did not seem the least bit apologetic for returning my car to me with no gas in it. When you buy a BMW, you expect to be taken care of to some extent. I drove a Honda for 10 year and had nothing but amazing service. I will never take my car back to this dealership again, and though the car itself is great, I would never recommend ANYONE get their car serviced at Inskip. More

We went to the dealership to look, not expecting to make a deal, but Jack provided us with options that worked. Jack's unassuming, no pressure approach, augmented by his focus on what was important to us in our vehicle search, culminated in not one, but two car purchases. Jack worked with his management team to put together two deals on certified pre-owned vehicles that fit our budget and provided us solid, well-maintained vehicles. We've purchased a number of vehicles - Honda, VW, Saab, Acura, and Volvo. The BMW certified pre-owned warranty gives us piece of mind, like we've not experienced to this point. Without reservation, we encourage you to consider purchasing through Inskip BMW if you are in the market for a luxury vehicle. Ask for Jack...he'll focus on understanding your needs, treat you with respect, and direct you toward a vehicle which will fit your needs. I had a great experience at Inskip BMW. My salesperson, Jack, new everything there was to know about the 335xi I was interested in and was a really big help. I didn't feel pressured to buy extra's and was Jack, new everything there was to know about the 335xi I was interested in and was a really big help. One of my primary concerns was getting the car quickly and Jack found the car at another dealer and picked it up himself so I would have it in time. Will definitely recommend them. More
My lease was coming to an end, the new 5 series 2011 was not out yet, so I decided to buy the car. I had to make frequent visit to get my questions answered, and Jack (the salesman) was not knowledgeable ab not out yet, so I decided to buy the car. I had to make frequent visit to get my questions answered, and Jack (the salesman) was not knowledgeable about making the transition. He is friendly when he talks to you, but never deliver on his promises. It is been already over 2 months since I bought the car, multiple calls, and STILL haven't received my registration papers. I am very frustrated , and disappointed by the whole experience. I will never go back to INSKIP BMW again. They lost me forever. More

They also seemed uninterested in helping me through the process...so. I called Inskip and spoke to Jack and he immediately said no problem to my offer, just come in and we will wrap it up. Jack was a pleasure to deal with and not like so many other car salesman I have dealt with in the past. He was extremely helpful and always took my calls throughout the long wait for the car. I just received the car last week...everything exactly as ordered and the delivery process was easy and painless. I highly recommend Jack McDevitt and Inskip BMW. More
Went to dealership looking for new BMW, left with a great car feeling very satisfied. Salesman Rick Dumont was very courteous and easy to get in touch with throughout entire purchase process.
