Went to browse BMW 325xi and Don Batten introduced me to the x3 suv. I never dreamed I could own a BMW and Inskip made it possible. I did have to wait a few days but Don contacted me everyday for updates. B the x3 suv. I never dreamed I could own a BMW and Inskip made it possible. I did have to wait a few days but Don contacted me everyday for updates. Believe me, it was worth the wait. BMW is not only a name but a whole new driving experience. I met with Bill Sales and he knows his financing and to top it off he makes you laugh. Nikole Gouveia also took part and I wish her the best on her new position. Don seen this all the way through. The customer service was great overall. The client advisor I had, Mr. Rappaport was inexperienced but eager and willing to learn and was honest about what he had knowledge about and what he didn't. He was extremely friendly and genuine. Mr. Sides was amazing to work with in the financial department. He made it easy when it might have otherwise not been. In the final event of purchasing the car it would have been nice to have recieved lunch or some sort of thanks for using Inskip as the dealership. I was there for 6 hours. This is why customer service was "good" not "great". More
While we initially had no intention of getting a new BMW for my wife today, she was immediately taken by the styling and comfort of the one series coupe. The test drive closed the deal with the acceleratio for my wife today, she was immediately taken by the styling and comfort of the one series coupe. While I would not influence her decision since it would be her car, just the look on her face when we returned to the dealership, I knew she wanted this car. Jack McDevitt was extremely friendly and helpful through this entire process. He made it less stressful and in all, too easy. We can look back and say that getting this car was fun. If your thinking of getting a BMW, I would highly recommend Inskip BMW and encourage you to look for Jack. More

I have had the opportunity to deal with Lauren several times when I brought the car in for warranty service. Lauren in particular has always been delightful, professional and efficient. Over the last 40 years of my experiences with car repairs shops and dealerships has been, to say the least, fair to poor. Now for the first time ever, I am overwhelmingly satisfied and happy with my car servicing appointments. All Inskip employees I have ever dealt with were always, always courteous, pleasant & professional. I have never encountered an unknowledgeable, incompentent or unpleasant employee. Lauren A. is always wonderful to deal with. She is compentent and efficient. She anticipates my needs or questions me to make sure she accommodates them. She gives a commitment for services to be,done and time it will be completed, and then meets those commitments. And during all interactions, on the phone and in person, she is great. Despite the fact that I had not seen her in over 4 months, she remembered my name as well as the last service my care came in for. Although I love my BMW and will definitely purchase another one in the future, I can say without reservation that I will purchase it at Inskip in Warwick, RI solely because of their professionalism and well above & beyond customer service. cheryl bancroft & pat hanratty More
The overall experience at Inskip was positive. They have a large inventory of used cars which is why I chose this dealership. Lou Masello is very knowledgeable about BMWs. The experience however would have been more positive if our needs were listened to. I had my 4 year old with me and we ended up spending 5 hours at the dealership that day purchasing a vehicle. My spouse and I stated several times that we needed to take a break to get something to eat but we kept being told that all that was needed was to fill out this form and then do that which made it sound like the process would only take a few more minutes. I realize that this was probably done because there is a concern that we might leave and decide against the purchase but I did state this need for a break more than once. I suggested that I could sign something to make the purchase and the paperwork could be worked on during my brief absence. Thank goodness I brought snacks for the little one! I was also told to appear at 5 PM a few days later to pick up my car. I was told to appear at 5 PM so my new plates would be on the vehicle. When I got there, the vehicle had dealer plates. When I asked why Lou stated that he didn’t know. If I’d known that my plates wouldn’t be there that day I would have gone to the dealership earlier which would have been better for me. I would be likely to do business with Inskip and Lou Masello again. More
BMW Inskip is simply the best dealership in the business. Jack McDevitt made my wife & I's buying experience what it is supposed to be "FUN". What buying a new car experience should be, enjoyable, and the pricing we received was outstanding!. Everyone in the dealership is friendly and always said hi with a smile. Bill made the finance part of the deal easy. Another easy going friendly guy who always had a smile on his face and made us laugh. The purchase experince did not end after we left with the cars. Jack said if we had any questions or needed any assitance to just call (which I did several times). I told Jack that I could never get the universal remote to connect the garage door opener on my other cars and Jack told me that if I had any trouble he would come to our house to help us connect it. I also recieved several e-mails from Jack asking if we liked the car's. I can't say enough on how satisfied our experince was and I also like to add that we went to look at new BMW's for my wife as her lease was coming to an end on her Audi A4 and we ended up leaving the dealership with TWO BMW's! A 328IX and a 335IX and we cannot be happier....If you are looking to purchase or lease a new vehicle make sure to go see Jack at Inskip BMW. It will be the best car purchasing experince you will ever have!! More

Jack has given me yet another wonderful sales experience with Inskip; I have previously dealt with both Inskip Audi (new car sale) and Inskip Mercedes-Benz (service department). He took me through my option with Inskip; I have previously dealt with both Inskip Audi (new car sale) and Inskip Mercedes-Benz (service department). He took me through my options thoroughly and quickly, and made the final purchasing decision as painless as possible. He also did his best to accommodate me in keeping the purchase a surprise for my wife. I would certainly return to Inskip BMW, and hopefully work with Jack again, for any future BMW purchases I might be considering. More
