I just bought my second BMW from INSKIP and did have a great experience and I owe it to the three gentlemen that I worked with; Don, Al, and Bill Sides. A few months ago, due to some issues from the first great experience and I owe it to the three gentlemen that I worked with; Don, Al, and Bill Sides. A few months ago, due to some issues from the first time I bought, I swore I wasn't going to go back to INSKIP. But when they contacted me during the recent specials, I am glad I gave this dealership another shot. I think a lot had to do with Don Batten who was prompt in getting back to me and was accomodating throughout the whole process- not pushy at all. Al Viera, who was the brand new sales manager, was also great to work with and think he make BMW INSKIP a better place. Lastly, Bill Sides, who works on the finance side was great to deal with. Bill was very imformative, personable and made sure I understand things thoroughly. Bill is also working on a mishap that occured from my previous experience that he had nothing to do with. Lastly, as I was driving away from the dealership, I got a call from Don. He asked how much gas was in my car, something I didn't even bother to check. I told him I had a quarter of a tank and he told me I could take the car back in tomorrow and get it filled up. I know it seems like a small thing, but he didn't have to go out of his way to call me to fill up the car. Throughout the past 3 years I lost a lot of confidence in INSKIP but Don, Al and Bill will get me back in the door for future purchases. My only complaint this time, was it took a very long time to get everything done, but it was the last day of the year and they were busy- so I did understand. More
Sales person was NOT familiar with the product I was interested in. He was selling it to be more than what it actually was. Manager did not present himself at all while trying to work out the deal. Excellent follow up and sales support, they worked hard for my business. I'm a loyal BMW driver mostly because of the brand but also driven by the professional treatment at dealerships like Inskip, on thi for my business. This was my first experience in purchasing a BMW. I found everyone at Inskip BMW to be professional and efficient. Philippe Cordina assisted us with the purchase of my 535xi wagon and he could not hav found everyone at Inskip BMW to be professional and efficient. Philippe Cordina assisted us with the purchase of my 535xi wagon and he could not have been more cordial and helpful.He promptly looked into any questions we raised. His sales approach is professional but not aggressive which I consider to be a considerable plus. The financial department was also informed and pleasant to deal with. Over the weekend I received a follow-up call from Mr. Cordina to see if I had any questions about my new car. This was a nice touch and much appreciated. More
Brendan Rappoport was very professional ad courteous. He showed us a wide variety of vehicles that reflected the age and cost that we informed him we were interested in. He was familiar with the various options that each car possessed. He listened intently when we described what we saw as advantages and disadvantage of different cars. His ability as a salesmen allowed us to buy a car that we are satisfied with and the was in our appropriate price range. More
I went to Inskip to buy a used car. My sales person, Brendan was very helpful and if he wasn't sure of something, he quickly found them out for me. Jack is a great sales guy. I enjoyed working with him on my purchase. He was knowledgabe about the product, answered my questions, and completed the transaction in a timely and accurate manner. Went to browse BMW 325xi and Don Batten introduced me to the x3 suv. I never dreamed I could own a BMW and Inskip made it possible. I did have to wait a few days but Don contacted me everyday for updates. B the x3 suv. I never dreamed I could own a BMW and Inskip made it possible. I met with Bill Sales and he knows his financing and to top it off he makes you laugh. Nikole Gouveia also took part and I wish her the best on her new position. Don seen this all the way through. The customer service was great overall. The client advisor I had, Mr. Rappaport was inexperienced but eager and willing to learn and was honest about what he had knowledge about and what he didn't. He was extremely friendly and genuine. Mr. Sides was amazing to work with in the financial department. He made it easy when it might have otherwise not been. In the final event of purchasing the car it would have been nice to have recieved lunch or some sort of thanks for using Inskip as the dealership. I was there for 6 hours. This is why customer service was "good" not "great". More
While we initially had no intention of getting a new BMW for my wife today, she was immediately taken by the styling and comfort of the one series coupe. While I would not influence her decision since it would be her car, just the look on her face when we returned to the dealership, I knew she wanted this car. Jack McDevitt was extremely friendly and helpful through this entire process. He made it less stressful and in all, too easy. We can look back and say that getting this car was fun. If your thinking of getting a BMW, I would highly recommend Inskip BMW and encourage you to look for Jack. More
