When I was unexpectedly involved in an accident that put me in the position of having to buy another car, I was more than hesitant when I stepped foot into the BMW dealership in Warwick. Not only was I enti me in the position of having to buy another car, I was more than hesitant when I stepped foot into the BMW dealership in Warwick. Not only was I entirely unsure about what I was looking to purchase, but I was also nervous that –as a female– I may be taken advantage of. I was pretty certain that I would be brushed aside and not taken seriously, but nonetheless I had some questions and crossed my fingers that my experience would prove all my worries wrong. As soon as I walked into the showroom, I was greeted by Jack and felt ashamed for having such poor expectations! Jack approached me as if he had known me forever and made me feel very comfortable right off the bat. I explained my situation to him, and he immediately expressed his sincerity towards my misfortune. He instantly connected with me and I knew that I was in good hands. The fact that he was easy on the eyes didn’t hurt, either! Even though I wasn’t quite sure that my visit would end in an immediate purchase, Jack still took the time to ask what I was looking for in my new vehicle and even talked to me about options that I hadn’t even considered. He was so knowledgeable and well informed; I was incontestably convinced that I had made the right decision in walking into his dealership! During my time with Jack, I was visibly nervous about having to make such a big purchase… one that I had NEVER made on my own before… and he quickly picked up on that and eased my nerves with some quick humor. I have to admit, his charismatic affability reassured me that he wasn’t some run-of-the-mill car salesman just looking to make another sale. By the end of my visit, Jack had presented me with so many new options that I really just needed to take the rest of the day to think about my purchase. Jack respectably offered me his business card (which just happened to feature his personal cell number… score!) and invited me to call him if I should have any questions or if I would like another consultation. About a week later, I had finally made my decision… called Jack… went on a number of test drives… and purchased my new (well, new to me!) car! THANK YOU SO MUCH, JACK!! My experience was great- Dean was great as I didn't feel pressured from him and he really knew the car.... As I am a very busy businesswoman he took care of everything for me. Car salesman don't always have a good reputation but you can tell he has been doing this for a long time and really cares about the people and the car he is selling which is very noticeable...
