Having recently come into some money I decided to treat myself to an upgrade from my current vehicle. My ten year old Mercedes had certainly seen better days. I worked with a Salesman by the name of Jack McDevitt and he was absolutely wonderful and made me feel important. I was taken back by the way he handle to whole process to the point that it didn't feel like he was absolutely wonderful and made me feel important. I really felt the need to write a review since I've never in my life experienced such impecable customer service from a salesman. Upon arriving at the dealership a gentleman introduced himself as Brendan. He first greeted me with such enthusiasm and ease. He asked me questions to what I was looking for and was never that pushy-egotistical type you usually are involved with. He showed me a couple of different options and really worked with me regarding the financial aspect. I felt uncertain if I could afford the car of my dreams. Brendan made me feel comfortable and worked out a plan that suited my needs. I thought that this aspect truely demonstrated the confidence, knowledge and comitmment to customer satisfaction and it made me want to give brendan my business. It is without a doubt that I've already recommended Brendan to two of my family members who are also in the market to buy a car.
