My experience with BMW was great. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. My client advisor was Christopher Diaz, he was extremely helpful by not putting pressure on me to purchase a car unlike other deale and very helpful. He answered all of the questions I had to the best of his knowledge and knew how to lead me in the direction to an affordable car seeing I am still in school. He also opened up my options to different cars and I am grateful he did so. I must say he did his best to get me into the car I purchased, which I love. I originally went to the dealership just looking, not only not planning to buy but not knowing what vehicle I wanted to focus attention upon. I was never made to feel as if I was wasting his time. Late last year after being frustrated with the service I received at the New London BMW, I called Inskip. I was referred to Barbara Stenner. From my first conversation, I knew she was an exceptional service received at the New London BMW, I called Inskip. I was referred to Barbara Stenner. From my first conversation, I knew she was an exceptional service advisor. She listened to my concerns, asked several questions to better understand the problems I was having and scheduled me for an appointment to accommodate my schedule. Since my first visit I have visited Inskip on several other occasions and each time Barbara has been exceptional. She is very professional, knowledgeable and follows-up as promised. As a result of her professionalism, I am happy to drive an hour to get my car serviced at Inskip as opposed to going to the local dealership which is less than 10 min away for me. So, I thank you and your team, especially Barbara, for outstanding customer service. I have the utmost regard and respect for Barbara and her work. More

He was patient as I narrowed down the choices and gave me good, solid technical advice without "pushing" the sale. We discussed the xxxxxxand cons of each of the short-listed cars and, once I had made the decision, the sale flowed smoothly. Brendan did an outstanding job. I have bought 16 cars in 25 years, including 5 BMWs. This was my best experience yet... by far! Job well done, Brendan. More
My husband and I had purchased an Inskip Vehicle in the past. We had always serviced our previous car with Inskip as well. I had an appointment to look at a car this morning at 10 a.m. I was traveling from West Hartford, CT, to their location - a 1 hour 40 minute drive. I set up the appointment the night before, discussed the price and my trade-in possibility. Everything was ready to go. After driving for an hour, an associate called me on behalf of Chris, claiming he was "running late" ... oh, and by the way, the car I had an appointment for was sold the night before. I was appalled. After expressing my extreme discontent, I hung up and Chris, the sales member with whom I had the appointment, called. He said he heard that I was "a little agitated." At this point I was further enraged because he belittled the situation and my feelings. He claimed it wasn't his fault because the people came in for a test drive after he left, but he should have given the manager my information to notify me if the car was purchased rather than let me drive out there anyway. When I said this to Chris, he said "Well if we had called you, you wouldn't have come out." OF COURSE I wouldn't have come out, IDIOT. Why would I waste my time driving ALMOST 2 HOURS for a car that isn't available? After wasting time I should have spent at work and gas I could have used to drive everywhere else, I am beyond disappointed in the customer service and respect this company holds for their customers - which is clearly none at all - and will NEVER give them my business. I have told everyone I know and will continue to do so. More

Being a woman, I felt a little hesitant about going to look for my first car on my own. I was afraid I wouldn't be taken seriously. So when I visited inskip bmw in warwck, I was relieved to be greeted by look for my first car on my own. I was afraid I wouldn't be taken seriously. He made me feel comfortable and like I was in control. He listened to what I was looking for and what I needed in my car and we were able to find the car of my dreams! Contacted the dealership via the web, and had the sales associate get back to me at 9am the following business day. Briefly discussed the car and scheduled an appointment to come see it. Four days later, I drove down and took a look at the car - it was everything I wanted, so I decided to buy it. The reason that this place doesn't get 5's across the board is - the sale took most of the day. I arrived at 2:30, and didn't leave until 5 hours later. Also, it would be fantastic if the dealership had snacks on hand, in case it takes that long to process a sale. Overall, however, I am very pleased with how everything went. More
