I cant beleive that I scored a 2009 RX 8 (R3) for $7000.00 under book value still under factory warranty. I could not even get a based sport model for the price I paid for the high end (R3) model. Brendan was a great salesman. He even called me to let me know that someone else was taking the car I wanted for a test drive. Lucky for me I was just 5 minutes down the road, and was able to come in and buy know that someone else was taking the car I wanted for a test drive. Lucky for me I was just 5 minutes down the road, and was able to come in and buy it before the other people. If Brendan didn't call I am sure the car would have been gone by the time I got there. If I can ever afford one of those nice BMW's I will definitly come see Brendan More
This was my first car purchase, but I was well-educated and knew what I was looking for. Brendan was very friendly, attentive, and engaging, going above and beyond to help me find a car on the lot that met and knew what I was looking for. Brendan was very friendly, attentive, and engaging, going above and beyond to help me find a car on the lot that met my needs. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, answering all of my questions and more. He ensured that I got the financing I needed in a timely fashion. I knew I could trust him from the moment I met him, and I am confident in my purchase not only because of the car's stellar record but also because of the belief that Brendan had in it as well. I will certainly return to this dealership for an upgrade in the future!! More
Rick and Nikole made this buying experience a wonderfully simple and friendly one. Their warm and friendly approach, knowledge, and consideration for our needs were a welcome surprise. Although we have pur simple and friendly one. Their warm and friendly approach, knowledge, and consideration for our needs were a welcome surprise. Although we have purchased vehicles over the years, this was our first purchase of a BMW. And, I can honestly say that I would buy another BMW and buy one from BMW of Warwick, RI as a direct result of this buying experience. Thank you. More
Mr Phillipe, Just to let you know what happened before Mr Phillipe, Just to let you know what happened before you believe one sided story from your salesman. Here is what happened. I saw one listing Mr Phillipe, Just to let you know what happened before you believe one sided story from your salesman. Here is what happened. I saw one listing online and scheduled an appointment for Sunday. Your dealership was (99 miles) about 2 hours drive from my place. I test drove the car and asked for 3 things to be done before the delivery and made the deposit. Your dealership agreed to my three small requests: 1. Oil Change ( salesman confirmed that it had been done and has a service record) 2. Wash and detail the car inside out. 3. Touchup on a couple of small scratches. I made the deposit and scheduled to pick up the car on thursday. On monday and tuesday i send reminder emails to the salesman on the checklist and in response i was assured that he will have my car "looking amazing" when i come and pick it up. I called a couple of times and even left voice messages for Nikole in finance department but she never called back. I finally had to get the financing done from my bank. On Wednesday salesman confirmed that the work has been done and i can drive down to pickup on thursday. Here comes my nightmare thursday: I drove for 3 hours one way because of the traffic during the office hours and this is what i saw: The car was lying "as is" and two left tires were badly ripped as if they had hit with some sidewall. No one even opened the door to clean it and the entire car from inside and it was filled with some white dog hair. The engine oil was jet black thick and greasy and the salesman was surprised himself. The entire engine compartment was filled with dry leaves as if no one ever open the bonnet of that car It looked like that the car was just rain washed and seems like it had come back from some dirt race. I was horrified by the experience and refused to buy the car. Now the salesman tells me that he did not realize all that and he is going to take the car for cleaning and get one tire replaced. he does not realize the pain from the customers point of view and all he is worried about is making a sale. I had already wasted so much time and effort on the entire process and no one else from the dealership had the courtesy to come and speak to me on what had happened. I will never recommend your dealership that has no value for the customers time and do not honor your promise. Your salesman treat the customers with no respect and dignity and did not provide a quality service. More
The entire staff that I interfaced with at INSKIP were courteous, helpful, and appeared generally happy to work there. Specifically, the sales person, Brendan Rappoport was very patient and understanding courteous, helpful, and appeared generally happy to work there. Specifically, the sales person, Brendan Rappoport was very patient and understanding, given that I am a first time BMW owner. He was well versed on the car attributes and when I didn't like the first car I tried, went out of his way to find another (that had just been traded in that day). He was supported by his supervisor, Al Viera, who was also professional and accommodating. Lastly the Finance person, Nicole Geovaia (?sp) was extremely adept at her end of the process. All tolled, this was a very positive experience for me. More
As a buyer, I knew what I wanted. Brendan greeted me Monday night, we test drove the car (BMW X5) as the showroom was closing, and as the morning came, we had a deal. I knew what I wanted and Brendan g Monday night, we test drove the car (BMW X5) as the showroom was closing, and as the morning came, we had a deal. I knew what I wanted and Brendan gave me what I wanted. Excellent, quick, efficient, friendly. I was then turned over to Nikole. What a machine, a very friendly one... We cranked through the paperwork effortlessly. She has been excellent on follow-up also. I had been an Inskip customer in the past (4 cars in a row from them) and left about 10 years ago. After this experience, why did I ever leave... More
Brendan was exceptional...he was patient while I changed my mind from a convertible to a SUV and followed through on everything professionally, courteously and respectfully. I would refer any friend to Bre my mind from a convertible to a SUV and followed through on everything professionally, courteously and respectfully. I would refer any friend to Brendan if they were to purchase a BMW. He stayed in contact with me from my initial interest through purchase in a friendly, easy going way. My husband and I had been comparing cars and prices for over a year and honestly were not looking to buy that morning. We were driving around dealerships on a Sunday just looking at cars and trying to see over a year and honestly were not looking to buy that morning. We were driving around dealerships on a Sunday just looking at cars and trying to see what was out there. After the 3rd time circling through Inskip's many selections, we spotted the BMW that I fell in love with. Mike White came over to assist us and from the start was cordial and helpful. Honestly, he made us feel like we were his only customers through the whole process and never gave you that 'salesman' feel. We are hoping to get another BMW in the fall and we will be calling Mike to handle the whole transaction for us. Also, we want to thank Bill Sides for his assistance through the process. He was a gentleman and stepped in to support Mike. Two quality men who will be getting our business again in the future! More
The entire experience was pleasant. Donna was well informed, and presented cars for comparison. The silliness of going to the manager to workout the deal is common car sales behavior and in no way sh informed, and presented cars for comparison. The silliness of going to the manager to workout the deal is common car sales behavior and in no way should reflect on her abilities. The major selling points were the maintenance contract. I am particularly impressed with the pick up, scheduled maintenace and return of the car by the dealership staff. A. Lambiras More
