Over the next few minutes, Bob proceeded to answer any questions that I had and went over the differences between the vehicles that I was comparing without me having to even ask him. On a return visit a few days later, we test drove some of those vehicles for for further comparison purposes. Once I decided that I was going to move forward with a BMW purchase, the actual "negotiation" was a very pleasurable experience. I feel that at the end of the day the price I got was fair and the quality of the vehicle was second to none. Would wholeheartedly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Bob Shaw and this dealership.
