When I was shopping for a CPO car, I sought out Victor Cabral at Warwick BMW. Several years ago Victor had helped me through the ordering and delivery of a new BMW and recently he helped me with the CPO Cabral at Warwick BMW. Several years ago Victor had helped me through the ordering and delivery of a new BMW and recently he helped me with the CPO buying process. In both cases he patiently answered my questions, showed me a variety of cars and followed up after the delivery. He is well informed on the brand and the buying process and I would recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a BMW. More
Excellent attention. Came in on the wrong date but Steve was able to deal with my error. Good service. I was able to get an appointment quickly. I love the service videos because it shows how thorough they are with inspections and safety. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because the phone system is extremely annoying and time consuming. I haven’t been able to call and speak with a human in less than 15 minutes. I did opt to press 2 and hold my place in queue for a call back when it was my turn but only received a call back an hour and a half later. My service advisor is very friendly and helpful. Overall I am very happy with the service department staff and work. It’s just the phone system and difficulty reaching a human. I dread calling. I think there is lots of room for improvement there. I do use the BMW app but sometimes I just have a quick question or want just check vehicle status and it takes way too long via phone. More
