I had a terrible experience at the INSKIP BMW service center, and I feel the need to share the details with you. Despite being a loyal customer for the past two years, my recent visit turned out to be a center, and I feel the need to share the details with you. Despite being a loyal customer for the past two years, my recent visit turned out to be a nightmare. I took my BMW in to have the coolant lines replaced due to a leak, which ended up costing me $3200. However, upon picking up my car after the repair, I immediately noticed a strange burnt oil smell and the low oil pressure light came on. When I brought this to the attention of my advisor, John Stone, they kept my car for two days and then informed me that the oil return cover was leaking and that the car couldn't handle the correct pressure. The quote for the repair was an additional $5000. Furthermore, they mentioned that materials were getting into my transfer case which would cost $9490 to fix. Declining these additional services, I picked up my car only to find it inoperable. This left me with no choice but to rush to a nearby Dodge dealership to rent a car because I had to report to my job at the military base at a specific time. The car was functioning when I initially dropped it off, but now it doesn't work at all. Feeling taken advantage of, I'm due to transfer to Virginia and now I can't take my car with me. I'm forced to leave it behind and come back to pick it up, in addition to finding a place to store it in the meantime, as I have to report to my new duty station in Virginia. This entire experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I'm currently without a car due to the questionable practices of the service staff at INSKIP BMW. While I acknowledge that this may not reflect everyone at the service center, I firmly believe that this is not a fair or reasonable outcome. More
We worked with Luke Meyer as our salesperson and we were delighted. He worked both with my wife and myself, togther and separately to learn what we wanted and showed us quite a few cars to be sure we got w delighted. Just last week (4/17) we purchased a 330i X drive with Vito Vinciguerra as our sales person. Absolutely LOVE the vehicle and the experience was top notch! The car we originally went in to see was sold but Vito Vinciguerra as our sales person. Absolutely LOVE the vehicle and the experience was top notch! We just purchased a 2024 X7 to replace our 2021 X5 that Vito leased to us three years ago, this is the second vehicle we acquired from him. Vito is truly a gentleman, we made several trips to the dealership for test rides, checking out the options, seat configurations, measurement, etc. We wanted to make sure the car fitted all our needs. We were never pressured at any time to make the commitment, he would just tell us to think about it for a few days and call him if we had any questions. We ordered the car, and it was delivered on time right before the end of our X5s lease. I have referred several people to him and will continue to do so. More

He explained the changes from my prior car and helped me decide which one is best for me. The transaction was a snap. Gina had documents ready for me to sign electronically, I got a "tour" of the new car and away I drove. The ride is as smooth as promised. I'm still getting used to the features but having fun exploring them. I'm a very happy customer. More

They even took charge of registering my car out of state. What Vito didn't have an answer for, he was quickly able to find it. This being my first BMW, I needed a bit of coaching as to all the tech in the iX. This is the first dealer experience where I had the opportunity to work with a dedicated car tech specialist. every dealer should be doing this. More
