I really dislike having to drive 100’miles from my home to have a basic oil change done. This is BMW policy to not void the warranty and not a reflection on the dealership. The dealership was short on loan to have a basic oil change done. This is BMW policy to not void the warranty and not a reflection on the dealership. The dealership was short on loaner cars but did offer to reschedule the appointment until a loaner was available and offered to shuttle us to a place in the area. We chose to go to a shopping area nearby. They completed the service ahead of the estimated time and brought us back to the dealership in a timely manner. More
