Worst service I have ever had. Never communicated about the status of my vehicle unless I contacted them first. Even though I had an appointment for service they didn’t even at Never communicated about the status of my vehicle unless I contacted them first. Even though I had an appointment for service they didn’t even attempt to diagnose my car until the following day. Unacceptable to make an appointment for service. Further, I learned that they put all the drop ins and people who choose to wait in front of those that have an appointment. In 16 years I have never had service this bad. The service department is in dire straights and it says one of 2 things. BMWs are crappy cars or the service department is broken beyond repair. I may never be able to by another BMW. More
