This was my first experience with BMW of Tulsa for service on our 530i. I interacted with this BMW dealership as a result of two open recalls on my X3. This recall situation had gone on for almost three years due the unavailability of the particular parts to repair and comply w open recalls on my X3. This recall situation had gone on for almost three years due the unavailability of the particular parts to repair and comply with the NHTSA recall order. This dealership worked as quickly and efficiently under the circumstances involving my specific parts and repair. It took a protracted time period to complete the work, but it was done in a courteous and professional manner.
