Went to look at and test drive a car advertised online. I was interested in a BMW but had not driven modern car and was not familiar with the different packages and features. We test drove 5 different cars I was interested in a BMW but had not driven modern car and was not familiar with the different packages and features. We test drove 5 different cars by the time I chose which one I wanted. The salesman was patient and helpful and was knowledgable on all the cars, steering me to the one I would eventually buy without trying to upsell me. We negotiated a deal that I was satisfied with. I also appreciated the "Genius" who gave me a crash course on using various features. More

Worst Service Department Ever I waited 30 minutes to see a service advisor for a scheduled appointment. Can you imagine owning a luxury car and becoming so frustrated that you fina I waited 30 minutes to see a service advisor for a scheduled appointment. Can you imagine owning a luxury car and becoming so frustrated that you finally just have to leave. This has been the typically experience over the past two years - delayed getting in to see an advisor, no update on car status, won't return calls on and on,.. When I first bought the car in 2011 the service seemed good, now I just cringe at the thought of having to take my car in for service. Again, the main problem seems to be understaffed or inexperienced service advisors, that result in extended wait times, they do not return your calls in a timely manner, hard to get updates on service status or an explanation of the service issues. The problem has definitely gotten worse in the last couple of years, with each succeeding service visit getting worse and worse. You really could not recommend BMW of Tulsa to anyone. More
