Austin had great customer service skills and good communication about the status of my vehicle. The service visit was quick and got taken care of promptly, with little waiting time on check in and ch communication about the status of my vehicle. On 3 occasions, my vehicle developed new problems as soon as I drove off the lot, which were later confirmed as negligence. If not outright sabotage, from another shop. More

We called and left 2 messages with no return call back then finally called again and got someone on the phone. They told us the car wouldn’t be ready until the next morning and that the car was at HourGlass but wasn’t sure what location. Really you don’t know where someone’s car is. I will never buy another car from BMW of Tulsa again. If you are reading this I warn you not to do it! If you ask for a manager your told it’s one person then come to find out it’s not. More

I have come across many dealers that the GM and sales managers that will hide and ignore the problem. I am very happy with how this was handled so this is why I have changed my score and update the review on the situation. Saw a used MDX online that was about $1,000 less then anything we had in Kansas City. We put a deposit down on the vehicle and drove there 5 days later. Now for a older car with 160ish k miles I expected to see some scratches and small dents. That stuff is to be expected. When I arrived the corners of the back bumper were extremely damaged and this was not shown in photos or in the angle they were taken. When I pointed out the damage the sales person said he did not see the damage and had not walked around the vehicle. In 5 days no one walked around the car we put a deposit on and said hey since you are driving so far I want to make sure you are aware of the bumper damage. The sales person’s response to me verbatim was “yeah that’s my bad”. Extremely disappointed I took time off work drove 4 hours and $100 in gas. Again I didn’t not expect this to be a perfect looking vehicle but for sales to not even look at the car within 5 days after taking a deposit and for it not to be shown on the web or in the description is really upsetting. More

From service to sales, from perfect days to to oops days all has ended up quite well First, the staff are knowledgable , friendly and quite laid back. From driving the car to closing the deal the folks work hard to keep things smooth. The technology works better than ever in the new X3, smart folks at the dealer get you all hooked up and out pretty quickly. Spend the extra time to let them go over all the features. BMW's are a little more money but you do get something special . I like Honda and Acura as well for their virtues. The new 3 series is coming soon and goes back to its roots. More
