Sales experience was awesome! Got the car of my dreams a 2017 740i!!! Exciting... Then the Finance side of the deal...sent pay-off to wrong credit union, not one person thought to call to verify/confirm na 2017 740i!!! Exciting... After a couple follow ups, finally got my car in to fix the issue. Fix was completed but had to be left overnight. No loaners were available. Seems a little outdated? Specifically the waiting area for service customers. The service guy was so focused on signing me up for extra services, such as an oil change package, and filters, that he never for service customers. The service guy was so focused on signing me up for extra services, such as an oil change package, and filters, that he never even offered or bothered telling me where I could find water, coffee etc. You could use a refresher on basic customer service. Also, I probably stood and waited outside of the offices before anyone even acknowledged that I was there. For cars at this price point, I expected a little better service. You might benchmark JC Infinity north of you. They have excellent customer service. More

I did purchase a vehicle from you before and still driving it but the service was far more superior and the sales guys will go the extra mile to make something happen. I hadn't bought a new (to me) car in nearly 20-years and I'd spent 1yr 8mo searching for the perfect car. I thought I'd found it in a 2016 BMW 750i xDrive at BMW of Tulsa. Dylan was very easy to deal with I'd spent 1yr 8mo searching for the perfect car. I thought I'd found it in a 2016 BMW 750i xDrive at BMW of Tulsa. Dylan was very easy to deal with and we got everything set up easily just through text. They had my deposit, I had a PPI scheduled for Friday, and intended make the 3hr trip to pick the car up Saturday. Friday rolls around. I was supposed to get a call from the PPI place to give him my CC# to pay for it. Didn't hear from anyone by 10:15AM when the dealership opened at 9AM. Texted the Dylan to ask if he brought it in for PPI yet. He called me back, apologetic, said yesterday was his day off and another salesman sold the car while he was out without respecting the fact they had my $1000 deposit. I was devastated and will be upset about it for quite some time. No need for the manager to bother responding with "email me, I'll make this right". Unless you can turn back time and NOT let the car get sold from under me, there's no making this right. For what it's worth, Dylan was very easy to deal with and was extremely polite and apologetic when I did speak with him on the phone. I blame management for allowing a car to get sold even when there is a deposit on it. More
Having electrical issues with my 2018 X5. Drove to dealership without an appointment, was worked in even though a long line of cars to be serviced. Definitely an "A" for effort! Wanted a courtesy demo 5 series and was trading in a truck with serious negative equity. We tried everything possible (and some impossible), but just could not get it done w series and was trading in a truck with serious negative equity. We tried everything possible (and some impossible), but just could not get it done without mega dollars out of pocket. I would strongly recommend this BMW dealer for your vehicle needs, even if you have to drive a distance to get there. They will not disappoint! More
