We spent several thousands of dollars trying to get a coolant leak fixed before making the drive to Tulsa BMW. They not only found a leak, they promptly fixed it. Watched one of my run flat tires drop pressure to 0, on the highway, traveling home about 20 miles out of town. Called into the dealership, new tire in stock, drove there without incident and had a new t the highway, traveling home about 20 miles out of town. Called into the dealership, new tire in stock, drove there without incident and had a new tire in under 2hrs when they were booked solid. It's not inexpensive for these tires, but considering the wait with AAA, the 100 degree temps and on a major highway, it was worth the cost. I'm so grateful! Thanks guys! More

Well we had our cars there before no issues was good experience until today we just bought my wife’s car in for the oil change ect. We expect this to be like last time when I had my car done maybe 200 experience until today we just bought my wife’s car in for the oil change ect. We expect this to be like last time when I had my car done maybe 200 but we was told after it was done it was 457 the amount was not told to us in a clear we me and my wife both herd it was going to be 197 with our 69 dollar discount we had he said it was on that tablet and about my wife didn’t have her glass but we both heard 197 not 497 we both was just blindsided when we was told the amount we would never hav had it all done if it eas that much money all in all the amount of each thing done to the care was not told to us until it all was done just wish there was clear communication on the price to prevent us a financial hard ship now that we had to pay that much will need to look into other places More
