Very poor customer service received from the service rep Riley. Drop the car off at 7 AM and asked when it would be completed and Riley stated it would be about two hours. I let him know that I have an appointment that I need to go to a little later. Five hours later, he stated my car was almost done. He did not communicate well with me during the process. Very poor customer service. I have been taking my car here since I purchased for the last three years and this is the worst experience I’ve had. More
