I have never had a problem getting the date I wanted service. And no matter who my service advisor is, my car is always cared for as if it was their own. And in a timely fashion. Fatih Oyaydin sold me my new 2023 X5 - the process was seamless, easy and enjoyable. Fatih was knowledgeable, patient, helpful and kind during each step. I felt respected and taken care of during the entire process. Fatih has been the TOP Sales Person at BMW for a reason. If you choose to work with him, you won't regret it. Several managers went out of their way to find equity in my lease as I had driven it very few miles and this helped to lower my overall total owed. They also waived a few minor damages to the bumper that I should have fixed prior to returning the lease under the contract. I felt this was very fair and I appreciated this. This is my second purchase from BMW of Tulsa. It won't be my last. I would also like to mention Randy, the financing director. He was amazing and wonderful to work with. A very special man with incredible energy. He had a personality like no other and I enjoyed every minute I spent with him. Lastly, Taylor, the manager in the Service Department, is trustworthy, a straightshooter and will be honest with you regarding repairs. That is essential in today's world, especially when dealing with expensive cars to fix. The team at BMW of Tulsa are top notch, honest and clearly come to work each day with the notion of not just selling a car, but making the customer happy longterm and going out of their way to make the decision for them as easy as possible. I can also tell you (lol), I do not recommend people or businesses lightly. This is a well deserved recognition and recommendation to anyone in the market for a BMW. When I say that I’ve never dealt with a more dishonest company, it is the absolute truth. We bought a pre-owned BMW in July and signed up for a maintenance plan while finishing our car deal. We were told at time of signing that we could cancel and receive a refund on the plan. I text my salesman Tommy and informed him that we were trading in the vehicle and he told me to make sure I cancelled the maintenance plan. He then directed me to the website and walked me through the steps to cancel. I then filled out the form and was advised on by Destiny at Group 1 in Houston to submit the cancellation after the vehicle was traded so that our full refund went to us and not the previous lien holder. We followed all directions and then we received a call from Group1 stating that these maintenance plans are NEVER refunded if purchased in Oklahoma. I reached out to Todd in Finance and he assured me that he would take care of the situation and call me back. Surprise, he never did. Being out almost $2,500 after being lied to directly by Finance and Sales is pretty tough. There is no reason to give this dealer your business when they are willing to lie for a few thousand More
I'm a Houstonian who enjoyed a great experience at BMW of Tulsa buying a 2018 Porsche Macan S the first week of 2023. GM Jason wrote a nice welcome note and provided useful follow-up info the next day on the phone. Then Shadee in sales picked me up at the airport, took me to the dealership in a sweet X-5, brought Jack from service over for car orientation and test drive because he is their resident Porsche owner. At one point I noticed one fender ding and they immediately had a vendor take and fix it perfectly while I signed some simple paperwork with Shadee and then Sterling in Finance. They even allowed me to get on the road for the 500-mile drive home while my wire transfer was in process. I highly recommend this dealership and every person I worked with there for their professionalism and fair dealing. They certainly know BMWs (especially Shadee), and I was completely satisfied with the outstanding trade-in I bought from them. More
This dealership sold me a car that was advertised as "no dents or scratches, and in great shape." When I had it shipped to me it showed up with misaligned body panels, overspray everywhere, and a shoddily r dents or scratches, and in great shape." This was a CPO car that they had allegedly inspected and "met BMW standards." In addition, the car had a surging issue while cruising. They were insistent I didn't know what I was talking about and I had to pay out of pocket to return the vehicle. When I did, they were slow to return my money and I had to call BMW NA and file a complaint to get them to do it. I've owned 20+ vehicles, including 5 BMWs and this is the worst experience I've ever had. More
I have an X7 on a lease. The service department has been an issue since I obtained the car in March 2019. I finally, after many attempts, spoke to the GM today. I will not lease or purchase another car from them, or even a BMW for that matter! More
Overall a good experience. Only 1 real hiccup along the way (which is good, right?). We were awaiting info from the dealer to process at the bank. It had not come through and we contacted several people to get the info and it took quite a bit. Minor inconvenience as we needed to wait for UPS to get payment to the dealer before we could get the car. Now, once at the dealer, it was quick and simple. Did most of the work upfront. So, when getting there, we chatted, looked the car over, went for a test drive, chatted, signed some paperwork and were done. About 45 min total. What would have been nice - we came from out of town and rented a car to drive one-way. Dropped that off in the morning before coming to the dealership. And, we were texting that in the morning so they knew the plan/timing. The didn't say - we'll send someone to get you at the car rental place. We needed to get an uber. That's why I put Customer Service at a 3 and not a 4/5. More
