Nice and helpful service but dropped the car off Thursday around 2:30PM and they gave me an appointment at 9:30 AM Friday for a battery replacement. They know what their process is and it requires a 7 hour s around 2:30PM and they gave me an appointment at 9:30 AM Friday for a battery replacement. They know what their process is and it requires a 7 hour straight charge to finish testing after the battery install. At 12:40 pm Friday I had not heard an update and when I called they said they were taking it back. At around 2:30 I got a notification that it was the battery and they needed to keep it until Monday to finalize testing. Not happy that they did not manage their time when I had an appointment and they wanted me to leave my car for 5 days for a battery replacement and cannot even offer a loaner. More
We had been loyal to another luxury dealership in the OKC metro for years, but after a couple of interactions left us confused, we started looking around. We ended up making the drive to Tulsa and picking up metro for years, but after a couple of interactions left us confused, we started looking around. We ended up making the drive to Tulsa and picking up 2 new BMWs (iX and 430i)! Our salesperson (Fatih) was the reason we made a 4-hour round trip. He was absolutly fabulous. I felt confident he was also well supported by management (Alan) and the entire process was clear and transparent. No wasting time. No games. No gimicks. No slide of hand. The experience was respectful and honest. They should put on a training class for other sales teams.... Or maybe not...... :) If they treat everyone like they did us, eventually no one will want to go to the other luxury dealerships. :) I will say this, as long as it stays this way, we will keep coming back! More

I appreciate that he consider the fact that I had to drive in from out of town and was able to get the parts in a timely manner; ensuring that I wouldn’t have to make another trip anytime soon.
