I have been using BMW Of Tulsa over the past year after living in Dallas and using two other dealerships for sales and service. BMW Of Tulsa has far exceeded both the other BMW dealerships as well as most any dealership I have worked with, especially for Service My service advisor Bailey Durant recently helped me with a long list of specific items I needed to address for my vehicle He kept me updated every step of the way, including working with me to ensure I invested in the things that were truly needed at this time From shuttle availability to Bailey’s constant communication and work for me BMW Of Tulsa offers and outstanding service department and I want to recognize Bailey in particular I will continue to use BMW Of Tulsa exclusively for all sales and service needs More

Have used this dealer for service on my BMW since 2018 and since 2020 the service is terrible. The communication is horrible w your assigned advisor. The advisors are never the same and they will not resp and since 2020 the service is terrible. The communication is horrible w your assigned advisor. The advisors are never the same and they will not respond to texts, skip simple instructions, do not answer phones and will only return urgent messages 24 hours later. Appointment times mean nothing and you have to always reach out for any update (you may or may not get a response). Most recently I had to take the car back in after a routine maintenance brake fluid flush because the brakes were spongy and not right after the work. They couldn’t have cared less about their mistake or my inconvenience. It was another car in the line for the day. I had the same issue with a late pickup that was clearly discussed at drop off 2 days apart with 2 different advisors. They will not give you a loaner even with appointments booked in advance. My spouse has a Mercedes and we get “luxury vehicle” service at the dealer with excellent communication, loaners, etc. We are looking for a bigger SUV and I love my car, but will not be considering BMW due to this dealer’s service.
