Took 7. 5 hrs to do an oil and spark plug change. At the end of the day, the check engine light wasn’t even checked. My advisor,Baylee, goes above and beyond to find solutions to my issues where service dept gives up. He takes the time with interior electronics to see if he can resolve issue. It took over 2 hours for an oil change. We waited but should have left and come back. Weren’t the friendliest at first but towards the end they seemed better.
