We looked for almost a year for a preowned Cadillac CTS. Found one at this dealership. Absolutely a perfect car. Sean and his crew were the best we have ever seen. At our age, don't know how many more cars we are going to need, but we can guarantee this, we will always start our search at this dealership. We will recommend and refer all our family and friends go to this dealership. They are the best, hands down!! More
I had an issue with the water pump and air getting in the reservoir, all repairs done under warranty, parts ordered that day and installed the very next day. But I won’t use him again. They had my car for 2 weeks for an oil change and new tires. All due to the lack of communication, on his part. Trying to reach him is next to impossible and to get a call back, there was always an excuse. Overall, I’ll go back to Tulsa BMW, but will ask for a different advisor. More
