I interacted with this BMW dealership as a result of two open recalls on my X3. This recall situation had gone on for almost three years due the unavailability of the particular parts to repair and comply w open recalls on my X3. This dealership worked as quickly and efficiently under the circumstances involving my specific parts and repair. It took a protracted time period to complete the work, but it was done in a courteous and professional manner. The whole service team at BMW is top notch.
