The tech/service manager I worked with was very kind, but my vehicle was there for over 5 hours when all I needed was an oil change, which I had a scheduled appointment for (but of course you guys had to up- my vehicle was there for over 5 hours when all I needed was an oil change, which I had a scheduled appointment for (but of course you guys had to up-sell me for on an alignment). I was promised my car would be done and delivered by 1:00, but it was 2:40 before I received it and I had to pick up preschoolers at 2:45. Needless to say it was as an unnecessarily stressful afternoon wondering if I’d have a vehicle to pick up children when I had zero back up options. More
