I had an appointment 10:30 am. for a factory recall. Was told it would be 2 hours it took 4 hours. Asked for estimate for 40,000 mile service also turn off service engine light. I did not get the estimate told it would be 2 hours it took 4 hours. Asked for estimate for 40,000 mile service also turn off service engine light.
