I called BMW of Tucson to see if it was possible to get an oil change in without an appt which I knew was really unlikely the same day. Jessica informed me they were booked, but could schedule me the next an oil change in without an appt which I knew was really unlikely the same day. After telling Jessica I wouldn’t be able to come in the next day, she told me to just come in at 12:30 and she will get me in. My advisor was great to work with. Tyson checked in with me multiple times throughout my wait. He went above and beyond by having my vehicle washed in a way I prefer.
