I called mid-afternoon to hopefully change my appointment to same day, as I had a conflict the next morning. I was told to come right in. My car was serviced timely with no issues - smooth sailing. I have never had an issue with this dealership, and the service advisors are always prompt, easy to work with, and friendly.
