It is never a pleasure having to contact a dealership with an engine light issue. I have owned other German brand vehicles where the service was horrible and wait time was several days. Tyson has been phenomenal through the entire process, he was great at keeping me informed of the progress being made, offered a shuttle if I wanted food in the area, offered a car wash at end of day when the dealership was about to close etc. I am very pleased with this dealership for providing top notch service always courteous and with a smile.
