My BMW was in for service and I had the privilege of having Katelyn as my advisor. She kept in great contact, explained everything in a way I could understand. I've never owned a BMW previously. I recently needed my 2022 X5 hybrid to be serviced for the first time. The 12V battery appeared to completely discharge, leaving me stranded in I recently needed my 2022 X5 hybrid to be serviced for the first time. The 12V battery appeared to completely discharge, leaving me stranded in a neighborhood cul-de-sac at 8 a.m. on a Saturday morning (New Year's eve day). I called the service department, left a message, and within 3 minutes I received a return call from Barb, the service manager, who immediately arranged for my vehicle to be towed by Bronco Towing, the dealership's roadside assistance partner. Bronco contacted me two minutes later to confirm arrangements. Thirty minutes later, my vehicle was on its way to the dealership and by mid-afternoon on Monday, my vehicle was fixed and ready for pick-up at no charge. To be candid, I was shocked by the efficiency and professionalism during the holiday weekend--it was on par with the Mayo Clinic, one of the best healthcare providers in the US! More
