Internal scheduling became an issue. I was given an appointment about 7 days out, yet a former service advisor returned my call a day later, to state the scheduler was only giving me th I was given an appointment about 7 days out, yet a former service advisor returned my call a day later, to state the scheduler was only giving me the next available, so he asked me to get my car there a week early and he'd "work it into the schedule sooner". Well, my car sat there a week before being given a once-over and was told of the impending repair. My original appointment was declined once they finally initially observed the issues, then it took another 5 days to complete the service. I am NOT happy with the internal scheduling issues. It appears the repairs were done well, but this was not an overly good experience. I will NOT call to schedule in the future. I will call a service advisor directly to schedule! More
