Service was great. Everyone was very courteous and professional. I asked for a loaner vehicle but they said I didn't need one due to my service would only take about an hour and a half. When I arrived my service advisor said it could take 2-3 hrs. I was not prepared to wait that long. At that point I had no other choice but to wait. Service was completed in 2 and half. The service scheduling was misinformed. More
I arrived 10 minutes early, however my service advisor still hadn't talked to me 10 minutes after my appointment time. So, I engaged another service advisor. She got me going and then my advisor came to still hadn't talked to me 10 minutes after my appointment time. So, I engaged another service advisor. She got me going and then my advisor came to get me started. She also apologized for her delay. I learned that I should contact a service advisor directly as the main line can end up in an endless personless loop. I also finally got my tires rotated. I have owned 2 X1s and neither one of them ever had the tires rotated. There seemed to be a disagreement as to whether this was needed. So, what started out as a negative service experience, ended up being more positive and I learned what I need going forward. More
