It is never a pleasure having to contact a dealership with an engine light issue. I have owned other German brand vehicles where the service was horrible and wait time was several days. I have had tire issues as well as fuel pump issues, no problem getting me in same day always with a smile. Tyson has been phenomenal through the entire process, he was great at keeping me informed of the progress being made, offered a shuttle if I wanted food in the area, offered a car wash at end of day when the dealership was about to close etc. I am very pleased with this dealership for providing top notch service always courteous and with a smile. More
