Everyone was courteous and facilities are immaculate, however I believe I was ill-advised. My Service Representative advised me that the car was due for a brake flush, which I authorized at a cost of $2 however I believe I was ill-advised. My Service Representative advised me that the car was due for a brake flush, which I authorized at a cost of $201.49. When I got home and filed the invoice I noticed the last time the car was serviced a brake flush was suggested and performed at a cost of $173.98 (Invoice #282916 on 7Sept2021. I do not believe a brake flush is recommended every 12 months or 10,000 mile so I’m quite upset that this work was recommended. It would appear that the Service representative does not have complete information resulting in a double charge to me for this work. As a result my rating for the dealership is ‘0’ More
Had an issue with my 7 Series fuel system, Jessica Lowe was my service provider when I arrived. She was very help full had my fuel pump replaced and also the high pressure fuel pump under warranty. Jayme had Emission Testing satisifed on my 2022 X3 and addressed issues with Loose Toe Cap Cover and stained portion of lower front bummper by ordering required replacement parts. To follow-up for 2nd addressed issues with Loose Toe Cap Cover and stained portion of lower front bummper by ordering required replacement parts. To follow-up for 2nd visit to repair front bumper once parts are received. Jayme explained the problems causing the parts to need replacement to my satsifaction. More
