Ryan is a top-notch service manager very impressed with the way he handled my difficult situation highly recommend. I do think wheel check should be included in the regular diagnostic check, but turns the way he handled my difficult situation highly recommend. I do think wheel check should be included in the regular diagnostic check, but turns out it’s visual inspection only. If you want a hand on inspection, ask for a used vehicle pre-buy diagnostic that’s more expensive, but so much worth it. I almost lost the wheel driving down the road because the regular diag didn’t inspect the wheels during my initial visit. Loaner vehicles are very clean and convenient for extended repairs. Everyone in the service department is super nice, although at times difficult to get a hold of on the phone. If I could make one suggestion, that is to create an app or web portal that shows you the status of your repair and updates, including previous history, and all the documents instead of having that information texted to you and then disappear forever. Keep up the good work! :) More
