I couldn't be happier with their service department! I've got an old car (2006 BMW 760li) and it needed a safety recall performed (software update for electronic shift into Park). I expected them to only reluctantly do the procedure, treat me like a bum asking for change and try to sell me thousands of dollars worth of repairs. I was very pleasantly surprised when they treated me like I was bringing in a $150,000 2025 model for its first oil change! They treated me like royalty and even gave me a brand new BMW to drive for the day because they were afraid it might take more than the 30 minutes that they were expecting it to take. No xx, no upselling, just fantastic service. Very professional! They even sent me a video of my car during the service work of my car during inspection. Truly a luxury experience which is very rare in the service industry. It is much appreciated! More
After buying my BMW from this dealership I decided to use them for service. Just had an oil change. I asked for a car wash also. The next day I noticed a gouge on my front right tire. I sent a picture to the them for service. Just had an oil change. I asked for a car wash also. The next day I noticed a gouge on my front right tire. I sent a picture to the advisor. He sent back a picture that was not at all convincing, blaming me for the gouge. Did I mention I owned a car repair shop for 21 years, employees make mistakes and never, I mean never own it. I can’t remember curbing my car that I bought for $46,000. I suppose it’s possible, but I typically wash my car every week but have been moving into a new house and haven’t had time. That’s why I asked them to wash it. Needless to say I won’t be returning. As a shop owner when my employees would cause a problem with a repair I would always take responsibility and take care of any damage. In 21 years I have never been to court for malpractice or sued for damages, because whether we caused the damages or not I would always make sure the customer was happy. More

My service agent, Jake Bewley, handled a difficult rodent damage job to a satisfactory conclusion. Jake also provided a substitute loaner vehicle to accommodate our physical needs. The dealership always is courteous, and solid with the service. I consistently get good reps working with me and good explanations of what is being done to my vehicle and why. The videos from the maintenance engineers during the check up of my vehicle are so helpful and great too. More
