Vehicle was sold with near illegal ties in the back. I drove from out of town and the tire condition was not disclosed (the truck had a terrible wobble due to the tire condition). Disappointing, but t I drove from out of town and the tire condition was not disclosed (the truck had a terrible wobble due to the tire condition). Disappointing, but the sales staff made no excuses. I bought tires at Schwab's and drove away with a truck I like. Sales staff friendly and prompt in all responses. My review went from a 4 to a 1 due to the interaction I had with the Executive Manager (Christopher Martinez). He reached out for feedback regarding my experience. I gave him both the great and the OK. He fed me a line regarding me not being familiar with aggressive tire tread, and tire tread measurements. He should leave customer service and interaction in the hands of his capable sales team.... More
Do not buy at this dealership, completely untruthful in their interactions and horrific in attempting to fix the problem they misinformed on. The salesperson Miguel Reyna talked us out of ordering the car their interactions and horrific in attempting to fix the problem they misinformed on. The salesperson Miguel Reyna talked us out of ordering the car we wanted by switching us to a car they had in stock without informing us it did not have the featurss we required. The only resolution offered by the sales manager was to trade the brand new 2023 BMW Z4 M40 with 500 miles on it for a $20,000 loss. The General Manager George Stanley then contacted us asking how they could resolve the problem only to then email us back stating "you made it clear in your email that the value the Sales Manager suggested, should you want to sell your vehicle back to us was unacceptable. At this time I feel as though the team has put forth a reasonable effort, to offer you options for your consideration. If those options are unacceptable to you, that is your prerogative." We then asked to speak to the owner only to be given the name of someone who is not the owner and have never received a return call as requested. More
First Class All the Way Around – A statement that clearly describes my entire experience with the team at BMW of Tri-Cities. This was my second personal transaction with the dealership, 4th family transacti describes my entire experience with the team at BMW of Tri-Cities. This was my second personal transaction with the dealership, 4th family transaction and my 7th BMW since moving to Seattle. This dealership may not compare in size to the ones in my hometown, but boy do they leverage their assets (people & product) to deliver a personalized BMW purchase experience that far exceeds their peers in the PNW marketplace! I worked with a solid, dedicated, and accountable team including Eli Reyna my Client Advisor (this guy knows almost everything you would ever want to know about the car you are considering) , Chris Martinez the Executive Manager (a fair man of high integrity and accountability) Armando the Finance Manager (informative but not too pushy), Wayne the Service Manager (wonderful attitude and defines “Service with a Smile”, Sam in Parts (knows his stuff and is really fun and friendly), and Maria at reception who welcomed me with a smile and always remembered my name. Given Covid-19, my entire deal was pulled together on-line resulting in a final result that was fair and included every incentive that was available to me. It was presented in a timely, responsive and easy to understand format. The team worked around the clock via email and phone responding to all my questions and requests in a professional and timely manner. I have to say that it was really fun working with them! As I have always done when leasing a new car, I reached out to the local dealerships in my area to test drive and measure their purchase experience. This time it include BMW Seattle and BMW of Bellevue. Yes, they represented the BMW brand well, but BMW of Tri Cities knocked it way out of the park leaving them both far behind! I did not feel like a number but a respected lifelong client in every stage of the process. In the end, the delivery of my new BMW was flawless. I walked into the dealership, excited and content with the deal put together by the whole team, quickly finalized the paperwork and was introduced to my new BMW ready to drive home. Now let me tell you about that drive home. One of the greatest benefits of buying my car from BMW of Tri Cities was that drive back home to Seattle. It was thrilling driving from the desert community of Richland on a beautiful summer day back to Seattle through the gorgeous winding roads of the Gorge and the mountain pass. It really adds to the entire purchase experience when you can enjoy your first drive with such a variety of road conditions. Bottom line is that you cannot leave this dealership out of your consideration if you are in the market for a BMW or an Audi. For those of you concerned about the distance if you are not local, I can assure you it is totally worth whatever arrangements you have to make to pick up your car from Richland, WA. I have been truly convinced that this is the dealership that sets the standard to beat for the rest of the dealers in the PNW! More
Worst experience from this dealership. Try to purchase cars elsewhere if you can because they do not handle the volumes and don't have the inventory turnover necessary to give you a good deal on a vehicle cars elsewhere if you can because they do not handle the volumes and don't have the inventory turnover necessary to give you a good deal on a vehicle. I promise you will find a much better deal at other BMW dealerships in the pacific northwest. If you want a fun road trip, go pick one up in California and drive your brand new vehicle home. They were very reluctant to give anything off of MSRP except for the standard manufacturer rebates. They also low balled my trade in vehicle which I was able to get 35% more for my vehicle elsewhere. It makes sense why they are such low volume because they don't have their financials aligned to compete with BMW Center of Excellence dealership across the country. More

The repairs were completed in a reasonable time and everything functioned properly again. I really appreciate your clean comfortable waiting area complete with the morning paper and beverages. The restroom has been clean every time I have used it. I did take advantage of your shuttle service as I have once before. Both times I have found Mike to be pleasant, courteous and a good driver. The car was clean, comfortable and luxurious. More

So unfortunately I feel obliged to inform future customers about this very condescending, stare-into-your-eyes-with-a-piercing-and-disrespectful-glare, unprofessional Service Advisor of BMW Tricities, Mandy Hicks. Not only did Mandy Hicks refuse to treat a customer with respect, but she also glaringly interrupted my showroom experience and rudely ordered me to take a 2019 BMW with barely 10k miles on it to Firestone Autocare for an oil change. When this is the only dealer with an open appointment in the short term, and their employee Mandy willingly tells you to take your car to Firestone instead of her shop, it sure speaks wonders to the operation being run here. As if the above were not enough Mandy then took it upon herself to refuse to allow the service manager to come up and speak with me. I drove for half of my day to this dealership and the service manager would not even come up to discuss the very first oil service on a 2019 BMW. As if it was not enough for her and him that I wasted a whole day and a tank of gas driving to this dealership to honor their service appointment. In the end I even offered to pay out of pocket for the vehicles very first oil change as it was 1000 over the indicator and she had already wasted much of my time here doing nothing for the car, but Mandy refused to move an inch, refusing access to the service manager, and acting like it was too late for an oil change despite the fact that a more pleasant manager of a different department suggested she do something for the situation. Apparently Mandy, and her reclusive service manager, likely instructing her behind the scenes run the show, and I would be surprised if he replied considering he had ample time to easily resolve this on the spot. After this experience I can imagine why this dealer would care about negative reviews when they have such an extremely unpleasant, dishonest, and condescendingly unprofessional employee like Mandy. How many times have you had an employee interrupt your sales experience to tell you to bring a new 2019 BMW to a third-party repair shop? Or stare and glare straight into your eyes and tell you to feel free to use their name in a corporate complaint? Simply unbelievable experience here. I would not buy from this dealer nor would I recommend servicing a car here. It is a shame because they had an extremely compelling discount on a 20 model year M340i, something you don't usually see on such a new model, but buyer beware you spend a few hours with sales, and much more time getting a poor experience in service over the life of the vehicle. Is a few thousand or more off on a new car worth being ordered around and disrespected? I spoke to a few customers waiting for their car, and asked if they were happy with the service here? Surprisingly or unsurprisingly the consensus was a feeling of indifference and a belief that it has so far at least been better than waiting a while for an appointment and driving the hours to Seattle or Portland. Well I drove the few hours for the open appointment and wasted my time, I hope this review tempers expectations and saves someone else the wasted time and gas driving here. I sure wish I did my research before coming here. More
condescending Mandy I purchased and had a spoiler installed by this facility, and on the day it was installed, I was not informed that the car had to remain at the shop f I purchased and had a spoiler installed by this facility, and on the day it was installed, I was not informed that the car had to remain at the shop for 24 hours. I wanted to leave the car there, but there was no loaner car for me to use, and the service dept. informed me that as long as I left the blue tape on the spoiler for 24 hours, it should stay in place, Well, a few months later it started to come up, and after 2 attempts to get the car in for service, I finally take it in and am told I will have to pay to have it fix, by a very snobby, condescending Mandy. She was not willing to have me speak to a manager and the service person, Duane with whom I had been talking to was off of course, and he never returned my call either after I left him a message that day. Anyways, Mandy implied that it was our fault the spoiler was coming up and she did not try or attempt to help figure out a way to resolve this issue but kept saying we chose to take the car home against their recommendations. I expressed to Mandy that I did not feel I should have to pay to fix the spoiler, and she said, that I would have to pick up my vehicle, and there was nothing she could do. When we arrived at dealership to pick up my car, she very aggressively ripped up the paper on the floor and practically threw the key fob at us and I had to ask her if there was anything else I needed to do or sign as she proceeded to walk away without saying a word. All I know is I will never return to this facility for any service and will never purchase a car from them. I have purchased new, and leased BMW's since 1995 and was planning to purchase an X5 or X6 in a couple years. I will drive to Spokane from now on just to avoid this place. I felt I was treated very unprofessionally and made to feel that I was a bad person, and had no rights, and it was all my fault, and that I was just bothering them, and they had better things to do. Sincerely, Rebekah Gustin More
