ALL I have to say is WOW, just an incredible experience I had with Jim Gugliette. This service advisor has been far but the BEST person I have ever seen working at this location. Owning a BMW for 5 years coming to this service center nobody can top the patience and understanding this person has. I can't believe he is not the lead service manager here, definitely deserves this position. Side note, I love the Michelin tires he recommended! :) Please don't let this service adviser leave @BMW Towson- I will stay coming here just because of the care I was given. 100% More

The service was excellent, and everything was very well explained. Due to pricing of labor as a standard rate for each item fixed, my actual per hour labor charge was about $400.00 per hour, which seems e explained. Due to pricing of labor as a standard rate for each item fixed, my actual per hour labor charge was about $400.00 per hour, which seems excessive. if you ask what the labor rate is they tell you 169-199 depending on type of service. I was also disappointed that they did not wash the car when finished a service that all other dealerships I have dealt with provided. More

Rich Strickland is an incredible asset to this dealer.
