When I picked it up Bill Kasper the sales person came by and it was like a family gathering. More
Richard is condescending and downright rude. I returned less than a week after my service appointment, because the night I took my vehicle home I noticed a new "quirk" that I thought perhaps had I returned less than a week after my service appointment, because the night I took my vehicle home I noticed a new "quirk" that I thought perhaps had to do with programmed settings on my side view mirrors. The service coordinators Tom & Derrick were great- professional and pleasant. The service manager Richard should not deal with customers. He shrugged his shoulders a lot, and told my it was purely coincidental that the motor to my side mirrors must have broke the night I picked my car up from getting $1500 of service. I also pointed out that during my appointment the technician told me I needed shocks and discovered an oil leak, but never mentioned the malfunction of the side mirror motor… RIchard said it "happens all the time, he sees it all the time" and shrugged me off. To replace it would be another $1,038. I found it highly suspect that I never had this problem before, and have a hard time believing the irony of the timing. Richard was not polite, understanding or even sympathetic that I had just had my car serviced. The rest of the people were very nice but Richard should stay in a warehouse alone with a computer because he does not have interpersonal skills to interact politely with customers. Derrick & Tom were great, its too bad their service manager is awful. More

Most dealer locations were either closed or lacked the stock needed. Towson BMW was nearly 150 miles from our location, Derrick Edwards assured us they had the tire and would remain open to service our need. Arriving just 20 minutes from the scheduled close, Mr. Edwards had our X5 in the shop within minutes of our arrival. He took the time to show us around the showroom and settle into the waiting area. 40 minutes later we were on our way. Derrick Edwards exemplifies the term "service". While our vehicle needs were minor in scope, Derrick professionally treated us with every courtesy, making us feel as thought the transaction was as important as buying a new car. Well done. More

Getting ones car serviced is never an exciting event, especially when it is in the middle of the summer and it is for the air conditioning not functio Getting ones car serviced is never an exciting event, especially when it is in the middle of the summer and it is for the air conditioning not functioning properly. I called my advisor and let him know my problem. He told me to come in. I dropped off my car and there was a loaner waiting for me in the bay. I was in and out in approx. 5 minutes. I was called a day later with the diagnosis and my car was repaired. Before I went to pick the car back up I let them know I was on my way and when I arrived my car was waiting in the bay and had been washed to perfection. I love this dealership and the service manager truly understands what a "GREAT" customer experience is. Thank you Towson BMW. More

I keep returning there to purchase cars due certain individuals in the service department and mike McCormick is one of them I fact usually the only ine I gi to and send my daughter to! He gives over100% to us each and every visit !! Makes sure everything is thorough and taken care of in every way ! Jim assured me to not worry and the car would be ready when I returned. He was right! He towed it out of there and replaced the tire so I didn't have to worry on my vacation. Awesome service! More

My most recent visit, when I was facing a pretty major (read $$$) list of repairs, Jim went above and beyond to not only get the work done in a timely manner (and to the usual excellent standards), but also (without being asked) made an effort to find whatever discounts could apply to make the final bill a little more palatable. He also kept me updated (email and voicemail) throughout the process. It's kind of like a doctor's office - I hope I don't have to go back, but if I had to, BMW Towson is an excellent place for taking care of my car. More
