Omg! The service is excellent! My service advisor (Derrick Edwards), technician, drivers, and workers at BMW are amazing. I haven’t been to the dealership since COVID-19 and they have a new feature ( (Derrick Edwards), technician, drivers, and workers at BMW are amazing. I haven’t been to the dealership since COVID-19 and they have a new feature (a video tour or your car with the technician). This is similar to going to the doctor for a checkup. It is such a nice touch. I can’t say anymore except this, if you want your car fixed right- take it to BMW of Towson! My baby is well taken care of there!!! More

The service technicians seem to have little or no interest or experience in servicing the vehicle. I have had several situations that had to be taken to different dealers. Dropping car off was great! But it went downhill quick! Overcharged on parts and labor, bullied by everyone up to and including top management to pay even more after they missed a repair.
