Away on vacation, tires wouldn’t hold air, took to a BMW dealer in Delaware they told us the cracks in the wheel wouldn’t be covered. Able to get it home took it to Towson BMW, they took care of wheels on dealer in Delaware they told us the cracks in the wheel wouldn’t be covered. He and the dealership efficiently used social media to keep me updated. I particularly liked the video of the vehicle’s assessment! When it determined that I needed a loaner, Terrence immediately arranged it. The repairs to the vehicle was completed quickly and the option to pay was via an app was immediately sent.
