Always a great experience when you have Mr. Derrick Lewis as your service technician. He always keeps me on the straight and narrow path. I have been dealing with the service department of this dealership for about 15 years and have found Derrick Edwards, Terrance Savoy and Richard Strickland to always available to me, to be wonderfully frie dealership for about 15 years and have found Derrick Edwards, Terrance Savoy and Richard Strickland to always available to me, to be wonderfully friendly, and to cheerfully and efficiently solve whatever auto problem I have ever had. Service rep was initially unintentive and I was charged a miscellaneous fee of $42.50 and after inquiring what it was for I was told by cashier it was for shop rags etc. Service rep did not mention this char miscellaneous fee of $42.50 and after inquiring what it was for I was told by cashier it was for shop rags etc. Service rep did not mention this charge.
